They're highly militant/inquisitorial and they've got the classic "banished from Eden/Zion" trope because, way back when, their "messiah" character banished them from Earth after the war with the machines and declared in hallowed ground

Mechanics is how concepts interact meaningfully with the game. When flavor and mechanics mismatch, you have a dissonance.
You want to have a mutant with scales and wings, untold power from his lineage? Draconic sorcerers aren't actually the right choice for you, because they aren't physically impressive. They can't lift things for shit, their scales are equivalent to a mage armor, they even need high dex for their AC anyway instead of something like Con or Str. Basically, your powerful fantasy of a draconic sorc still has him be one of the squishiest classes in the game and likely the easiest to kill in your party, regardless of his tough scales.
None of the sorcerer flavors that promise to give you physical boosts actually deliver.
What they do deliver over other classes is things such as metamagic, because that's what the class focuses on. Clerics? Access to their whole list and good armor class. Wizards? Access to the best spells, and tons of rituals.

But you´re probably looking for something like the Reverend Insanity series, in which cultivators manipulate natural laws through Gu worms and cultivation paths fan out into specializations based on the type of worms they employ. Like cultivators of Biochemistry would fan out into people applying the knowledge to themselves or to others and then into the subclasses, like the study of hormones, of epigenetics, of gut flora ect. Really, anything that has managed to attract a Bullshido pseudo science body of work can be made to work for the genre.

Like some array master/mineralogist who´s really into crystals would be the most generic example here.

There's like two mentions of feces in the core book and one vague implication of rape (and it's that minotaurs are implied to rape other beastmen, not even humans or anything). I don't remember anything to do with incest, at all. Most of the gross shit is part of horrific enemies that are meant to be gross or horrible. That, or it's part of the Forbidden spell list that are explicitly described as the most profane, awful, unimaginably evil spells, used only by the vilest of creatures. I don't even think Devils use Forbidden spells, because it's beneath them. There's also goblins not being bothered by shit, but they're supposed to be gross.

The most I'll give is that it has a lot of really gross stuff, because the author is a supporter of the idea of disgust being an element of horror, and SotDL is explicitly horror fantasy. But the approach he takes to it and says himself in the book is that you should never make your players actually upset or uncomfortable. It's just fun to gross your friends out, especially when you're trying to spook them, as long as everybody's down for the horror. Whatever his other faults, he definitely does not seem like the type of DM that would engage in magical realm stuff, because that wouldn't be in the spirit of the game's fun.

This strikes me as a piece of homebrew not for PF2e players, but for 5e players who aren't comfortable moving away from the flexibility and power of Arcanist casting. Its certainly a more powerful spellcaster than any base game content.

I haven't gone into its feats or focus spells yet, but it so far seems to sacrifice sheer quantity of spell slots for the improved mechanic. Both Sorcerer and Wizard have 1 more spell slot of every level, while this gets a bonus cantrip slot and maybe 1 slot reused per day if School Savant. So it has only 75% of their spells for greater flexibility. It's a good trade but it doesn't outclass them yet as far as I've read.

Yeah, these focus spells are actually bullshit. Arcane Weapon is straight up a no-no in 2e mechanics, various equivalent spells and focus spells avoid ever doing what it does. Dimensional Slide has no casting components at all. Disrupt Spell isn't so bad because of its cost and its penalties are more significant than they look. Emergency Force Sphere makes me stop reading, this class shouldn't really be used.

Potent spell and the prepared+spontaneous combo are the only things that really stand out to me, honestly. I'm kind of viewing it from the PoV of a sorcerer with arcane evolution, but it doesn't seem that ridiculous. Good, yeah, but a focus point for +1 DC is something I'd kill for, and this loses all the other bloodline spells, and is also arcane locked instead of having the option to pick god-list primal.
Arcane Barrier doesn't seem that bananas besides the permanent uptime, but realistically it'll probably function like a buffed False Life that costs a feat and is class locked, which seems fair. As a 4th level spell it's 12 temp hp max, and anything that hits you is gonna chew through that in one hit. Then it restores 4 per round, up to 12 again. Probably really really good in a situation where you're constantly taking small amounts of damage, but that's just not a common occurrence in pathfinder, and it comes at the opportunity cost of a juicy potent spell.

what is your armor system

Have a bump, this interests me, but in my games I kept it simple with the armor.
One special thing however is how armor decides the target number for agility stuff, like athleticism, dodging or sneaking, but with no upper limit. So a character with high enough agility can still be good at sneaking or dodging while wearing heavy armor. This may be counterintuitive when it comes to realismfaggotry, but I like it.

Yeah, we're still alive and kicking it. Our current goal is to finish the PDF draft so we can actually just post the pdf instead of a bunch of links to different google docs. Despite that, the system is completely playable at the current stage.
Right now the development mostly takes place on our Discord where we playtest the system, discuss mechanics and come up with lore for our own homebrew kingdom of Oakshade through the sheer power of autism.

I feel like I might be a bit critical but I don’t feel like this is a good DLC at all and kinda goes away from the purpose of the main piece. Honestly feels really weird and off kilter and when I first read the original question post I thought “oh neat an addition to the work would be cool” but reading this kind of soured me on it. I don’t want to bash your ideas but the original works ideas and themes were “here is a COMFY home you can make with all sorts of interesting additions that add spice to your life AND you get an obligatory waifu to pick” and this DLC sort of throws that out of the window to go “oh yeah the choices we gave you aren’t actually what was written because we didn’t expect you to pick THOSE choices together & even though all of this is literally magic but that same magic/tech can’t have these combos done because shrugs” and really it just sort of just seems... bad. Been thinking about a new army project, and I'm torn between going with Scions (backed by Bullgryn, and Valkyries) or a Renegade CSM warband (using Red Corsair rules) themed around being a kind of CSM version of Deathwatch with a black left arm and bare ceramite armour and silver trim, and making kit bashing a Chaos Lord with a Watch Master for the Warlord.

Last session we boarded a boat to travel east along the coastline to get to the eastern port city to find another boat to take us to the eastern country. The witch PC and my PC (muscle mage) buddied up with the captain and just decided to sit out the 3 week journey in luxary. But 3 days into the journey the rogue did something to piss off the crew (i was reading up on spells so i wasnt paying close attention at this point) and threw blinding powder in their faces and ran into the captain's quarters where the witch and my PC were. The captain came into the room and the witch charmed him to try and deescalate the situation.

It worked initially until the crew barged in under orders to arrest us if the captain didnt say the secret word to give the all clear. A fight broke out with 3 of the crew getting killed by the rogue and witch and 2 other crew getting knocked out by my PC. We took the captain hostage and are now hiding in the captain's chambers when the session ended.

There are still more 31 crew members and 20 passengers on the ship. We only have enough food for the 3 week journey to. We are weighing our options right now and need some advice. it is the rogue's first character so he has a tendancy to go straight to combat the moment a plan hiccups. I would be more upset with him but he is too new to know better yet.

We already have the captain and 2 crew as our hostages. The only leverage the crew has is the skills to operate the boat. In terms of combat, we can easily kill everyone on board. The crew are low-mid level NPCs and i assume the passengers are non combatants. The DM described it as "a big ship with a little bit of everything".

It is too late for subtle solutions since the witch made it very clear we have the captain brainwashed she literally marched him out of the captain's quarters naked and told the crew to get back to work...it is a very long and complicated story.. The first mate pretty much knows whats up and did attempt to lock us in the captain's quarters but my muscle mage was able to break the barred door in 1 punch.

I didnt mention it in the OP but the witch also raised one of the slain crewmates so we have access to zombies if that makes a difference. We have leverage, we just need to figure out what we can attempt and what we can get away with.

The rogue, combat orientated with the kit we picked for him.
The witch, literally sabrina the teenage witch except CE and has a unique gift for necromancy.
My muscle mage, elven fighter mage that is specced into unarmed combat and uses alteration to enchance their fighting potential.
The DMPC rogue who helped with early game combat but now is just there to help as a minor DPS and "watch the cart"
